What inspired you to start blogging? Has blogging brought any new experiences or opportunities into your life that you didn't expect when you started?
I was exploding with creative ideas and full of inspiration I had come across from others that I wanted a way to share it. It still is that for me- a way to communicate, share, and inspire all the design inspiration I come across! I wasn't expecting it to be such an incredible community of people! I love the support and encouragement the blogosphere offers.
Tell us what you blog about! Any special features or topics that you focus on?
I like to focus on all things design related - artistry, small businesses, fashion, color, DIY, etc. It is all the things that interest me, and that I hope provide inspiration to readers :)
I especially enjoy getting to spotlight and promote inspirational bloggers, shop owners, and artists. Its such a motivation for me to learn from and appreciate those around you.

Where do you live? Does it impact or inspire your work?
I recently moved from Atlanta, GA to a small town in KS! I would definitely say this impacted my work. In the beginning, my business and blogging was what kept me in touch with the "outer world" ;) It motivated me to seek more, and give me the opportunity for a new beginning. I don't think I would have started my business or blog if I hadn't moved to a new place! I do wish I had more resources to connect with others in the same field but I travel often to make up for it:)
One thing that is always fun to hear are guilty pleasures. Do you have any? Come on, you can tell us!
Oh I am not afraid to share that I have an addiction to gum, lip balm, and french fries.
And I admit it, I totally get sucked in to a reality show once in a while. It was The Hills for a while - he he. What?! I am an LC fan!

If you could create your absolute dream job (don't worry about the money it would bring you, just think about the job itself) what would you love to do?
This may sound totally cliche, but I am getting to do my dream job! I get to design accessories AND stay at home with my little one. I wouldn't trade it for anything! I would love to design for Anthropologie though one day ;)
Is there anything new and exciting that you're working on that you'd like to share with us?
I just got back from L.A. where I got supplies for IHOD's Spring line. I cannot wait to get to work so I can share it with everyone! I have some fabulous fashion bloggers lined up to model them for me :)
