Like Home

Ever since you have moved away from Alpena, being at your house has not felt like "home".  That feeling of going home is normally based around where you grew up - where your roots are.  And it has to be a place that you go to frequently enough to feel like you have memories there.  A safe nest.

This past visit with you, I really felt at home.  It was really, really nice.  Beyond that, I felt absolutely spoiled!  That didn't hurt either.  ;)

Thank you so much for everything, Mama.  Jeff, too.  You are the best parents I could ever have, and I feel so lucky.
