The Only Ones Laughing

I loved hearing your stories about being the only two in the room to laugh at something.  I always feel that when I find someone like that - it's an instant connection.  Soul mate.  There is no better way to bond than through laughter and I am so glad you have someone to laugh with at work to make your day a bit better!

Wouldn't you rather be the only ones laughing than the only ones NOT?

 

 

Bad Turkey

Happy Thanksgiving from the both of us!  By that I mean...from me and the naughty turkey leg!

It's so amazing that we get to spend time together!  And not just one long weekend a year, or two if we're lucky.  We get to see eachother A LOT!  Can you even believe that?  All those days we'd talk to each other and think that maybe we'd always have to be far away.  It's funny how 18 year olds want to run far away from their parents, but a few years in the real world has them scurrying back.  Unless their parents aren't so fun.  But you are and also now you spoil me which helps.  Hahaha.

Do you think we look like twins?  People say we look soooo much alike but I don't know.  I mean I look like your daughter but I'm not sure we look as much alike as some mother/daughters do where they really look like a mini me version.

How about us, at the same age?

We are both 26 there!!  You with a 2 year old and me with my 2 Asians.  :D  We're both lucky, huh!  And photography sure has come a long way in 24 years!

How about us as babies?

Well our hairstyles are twins!  
And clearly, 80's photography failed us here because your photo from 1962 is infinitely better than mine from 1986.  Who thought that a black background with a bright light shining on half of my face was a flattering idea??  I do like my shirt, though.  I'm ready for a margarita!

You guys win in the outfit category!  I cheated though since my photo is from after we changed out of our Prom attire.  You still win, though.

Well that was fun and now I get to see you tonight!  Yay!
